I am having difficulty with this cardiology consultation report I am working on. I have been looking for these two words and haven't been able to find anything.

RECOMMENDATIONS: It is the recommendation of the Cardiac Cath Team that the patient undergo coronary artery bypass grafting to the left anterior descending right coronary artery and the first obtuse marginal. A "lymograph" should be performed to the left anterior descending and, if possible, a right internal "mammery" should also be done to the right coronary artery. The circumflex graph should be assessed at surgery, if required.

Any assistance or guidance where I may find these would be greatly appreciated!!!

Hi--I don't want to just tell you--you will remember it better if you see it yourself. Check out the first page on this site. The answers you are looking for are there.

Thank you so much!!! I agree, I'd rather have some guidance rather than just have it given to me....I do tend to remember things better doing it this way.

Have a great day and a great Labor Day weekend!

Here's a hint: Try googling a phrase like "right internal mammery" (in quotes) and lots of times it will lead you to the correct word--be sure to verify it further with other resources, though.

Sometimes I google an unfamiliar phrase just to make sure I heard it properly--if it is fairly common you should get a legitimate hit. If I don't get any hits then I investigate further because I might not have heard it correctly.
