Has anyone ever heard of sounds like "imotropiam bromide" and "diltrazen". I checked a couple of sources but couldn't find them.

The patient's past medical is signfiicant for emphysema and she is currently complaining of hoarseness. (Not too sure if this would help since these two drugs are listed in present medications).

Thanks in advance for any help given.
