Since you are homebound, I assume you will want to work from home after you have finished your studies. Try asking the services that employ MTs from home about which schools' graduates they will employ without experience. You can also ask about the various courses at the following boards:

There are also links to national services at both boards, and classified ads that could lead you to other potential employers. I would also suggest that you check the web sites of the individual schools to find out just what reference materials you get with the course (if you're working at home, you will need the best references you can manage), and what kind of instructional support is available to students beyond the actual course materials. In general, training your EARS is the most difficult part of the learning process, so the amount of practice dictation is a very, very important part of your education.
