Hi all: This is a patient with hypercholesterolemia, GERD, carpal tunnel syndrome. Doc (Middle Eastern accent) says:

SURGICAL HISTORY: s/l "productum" or "parectum" appendectomy.

I'm not sure if the word in question is part of the appy or something separate. Any ideas?
