There is very minimal "congitival injection" of the right eye.

Abdomen active via soft non tender, no masses appreciated. NEURO, A & O x 3, CN 2-12 intact, DTR’s 2+ and symmetrical. Cerebellar exam intact, Romberg negative, gate normal, tandem gate normal.

Maybe conjuntival infection?
