On a Operative Report it says:
PRIMARY PROCEDURE:
RIGHT LUMBAR SYPATHETIC BLOCK________
SOUNDS LIKE INTRADERMAL MAYBE. DOES THAT SOUND RIGHT THOUGH, PLEASE SOMEONE REPLY AND LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK, ANYONE.

Thanks for your help, but now I think he could be saying either intradural or invertebral real fast. I don't here a d or v and it really sounds like mal at the end. I am not sure if intradermal sounds right. Any other suggestions?

I think in that case you would be perfectly justified in flagging it -- unless you can find some information in the actual report that clarifies which one it was. One of the attributes of a great transcriptionist is knowing when such a decision is beyond your knowledge and experience.
