Please, if anyone has run across this surgical dressing, where did they find it?

I went to google.com and typed "burrito dressing" (in quotes) and got a hit from someone on mtdaily asking the same question as you! No one knew the answer, though.

I wasn't able to find it in any of my books!

If you find out, let us know! Inquiring minds want to know!
