Hi everyone, I'm a student still and trying to understand what I'm not understanding. The internet for one. Hope I'm doing this right and not annoying anybody. The patient is in operating room with a gun shot wound, right flank with injury to the right kidney. Active arterial bleeding, right kidney. Serosal tear, right 'mucical one' above the cecum. Bullet wound, right 'celast' muscle. Can you help?

Hi! Thank you for responding to my plea. I'm a student with At-Home Professions. I'm on my last course (#5) Lesson 1. This is tape #12. I feel like I should be better at this by now. I did figure out that 'mucical one' is actually mesocolon. I'm still lost on the 'celast' muscle though. I have Dorland's 29th edition Illustrarted Med. Dict. and Stedman's Concise Med. Dict., but still lost. Do you know where else I might be able to look?

Could it be the iliacus muscle you're hearing?

Wow. Thank you, everybody, for your support. Now I have 2 problems. The first is still finding that muscle, and now the 2nd ... I'm finding myself checking out all of these new, awesome sites and not finding the muscle I'm suppose to be looking for because I'm getting side-tracked reading the stuff I find when I'm in the wrong place. Here's hoping I find where I'm suppose to be real soon. Thanks again.

Don't give up. You will find a job. You are at a good school. I found a job with a national company. The company will mentor me for 4 months. So keep going. You will find a job.
