"Microscopic examination does show numerous amounts of WBCs as well as some non mobile (s/l...kithmoids)."

Does anyone have any idea what this might be? Thanks for any help.

If this is a urinalysis, here is the best description of a microscopic urinalysis I could find, but unfortunately, I can't think of anything here that would be described as nonmobile, since these cells don't move under any circumstances.

However, the nonmobile term would suggest a semen analysis, and here is a site that will tell you much more than everything you ever wanted to know about a semen analysis:

He could be REALLY mangling epithelial, or perhaps lymphoid, although I can't think why he would mention that these were nonmobile, since they are of course ALWAYS nonmobile!

At any rate, if this information is not helpful now, perhaps it will be some time in the future.
