It would have been really helpful to know more about what the test was for!
If this is a urinalysis, here is the best description of a microscopic urinalysis I could find, but unfortunately, I can't think of anything here that would be described as nonmobile, since these cells don't move under any circumstances.

http://www.vasreversal.homestead.com/semen_analysis.html He could be REALLY mangling epithelial, or perhaps lymphoid, although I can't think why he would mention that these were nonmobile, since they are of course ALWAYS nonmobile!
