Hi - patient's X/MG shows a "suspiculation at 12:00 on the right breast." Suspiculation? It really sounds like that but my spell check won't give me any help - don't think it's suspicious calcification - the tape seemed pretty clear.

It is probably is suspicious "something."

How about suspicious "lesion."

Bridget! Spiculation is exactly it! I'm bummed because I JUST SENT THE NOTES to my physician with a flag - I wish I'd checked here again first! I'll note it for next time, though - thanks! (PS, I went with suspiculation, so at least I was close!)
