Hi everyone need your help please !! The doctor is dictating the following: MUSCULOSKELETAL: Positive range of motion in the upper and lower extremities. There is no noted cervical tenderness, nor Kernig or Resinski sign. I have the Kernig, but what is Resinki sign . Cannot seem to find it please help!! Thanks again you guys bye!!!

Don't know if this will help but could you possibly be hearing Babinski sign? I can't seem to find a sign or test that sounds like your word. There are also Brudzinski and Rovsing signs that are used in MSK exams. Good luck on that one..
