If any of you are considering this company, you should speak to me directly first, via email or messenger. This company is not doing as well as the recruiters might be telling you, if you have interviewed with them already, or are working for them as you speak. The turn over rate for Transcend services is about 5 to 1 per week. 5 terminations to 1 new hire per week. I assume clandestinely this will change as the company nears closer and closer to its attempt at a voice recognition system. That which is currently does not have. It depends largely on companies like Escription and other such third party development houses for its workings, largely due to the fact that it is unable to develop any of its own.
I just want to give everyone a heads up on this , because I know of more than a few people who have changed their living situations to work for Transcend, only for TRCR to turn on them and leave them in the dirt. I know, I was an employee for the company, and I was the one that dropped the "axe" so to speak more than once. Im not proud of it, but if I can save at least one person from some level of heartache, then ive done my job.
