I have a very bad sound quality dictation. s/l lumoscal or numoscal hiatal hernia. This is about an upper endoscopy, so not another part of the body. I cannot find this word anywhere with any spelling. Please help.
And, I don't know if I am posting in the correct forum, so please forgive that.

From my understanding, there are only 3 types of hiatal hernias:
1. Sliding
2. Paraesophageal
3. Combination of sliding and paraesophageal.

Maybe it is paraesophageal that you are hearing??

Maybe mucosal?

It ended up being "demonstrable hiatal hernia"
