OK, this patient has a bowel obstruction and it S/L the MD is saying in the medication section "Alister 8 mcg subcutaneously daily". Anyone?

I googled "8 mcg" (in quotes) just because that is an unusual dose, and got Amitiza, which is a drug for irritable bowel syndrome and constipation.

Take another listen and see if that's it.
