As for anyone else, I am still trying to find a headphones that provide good quality sound as well. I don't like anything to be in my ear. Any suggestions are extremely appreciated!!!!

You'll find new and used ones available. We use (among others) Audio Technica over-the-ear noise-cancelling headphones and have found them to be excellent. Finding the right headphone set may be a hit-and-miss exercise.
