I was gonna purchase a foot pedal online, but got to checking them out and am not totally sure which one would work best with my PC. Am gonna go to Best Buy or Staples or Office Max and see what they have. Then I can talk to someone "in person" and explain what I have & what I am doing, thus (hopefully) getting the kind that will work properly. I am using Express Scribe & that really helps. BUT want a foot pedal, won't have to move my hands from the keyboard so often. wink I did not call the school regarding the "updated" option, figured I had spent enough there & figured I could MAY BE find one around here & hopefully not quite as expensive.

I downloaded it from the internet (free) according to the directions in the booklet that came with the AHP course. It is called "Express Scribe Supplement". I think it came with course three, may be.
Anyway on page six, it directs you to this website:
www.nch.com.au/scribe. On this webpage you will see the "Click here to install" link. Click this link. There are a few other directions in the booklet. Do you have that booklet? If not, let me know & I can send you more directions. You can probably figure it out just by being on the site. IF I CAN DO IT, ANYONE CAN. blush Good luck.

Hi, all,
I still need some help on quiz 33, Selma Wright, I posted them earlier today, Thanks to anyone that can help me. confused

I have a couple issues on quiz 33, Betty Simpson:

Under HPI: She had no evidence of recurrence in mammogram of the left breast _________ in September was negative. What is he saying from "left breast" through "in Sept."?

seen in ER, on one week prior. Is that "on" supposed to be there?

Under PHYSICAL EXAMINATION ON ADMISSION:
HEENT EXAM: Anicteric, no cervical adenopathy. Is that correct? Or how is the heading supposed to read? I do have the anicteric tabbed at the 2.5" tab, just does not show here.

In the Hospital course:
was obtained and revealed a large-right liver space-occupying lesion with no evidence --- is this correct ?????

Also: Resuscitation was unsuccessful despite three rounds of cardiac drugs and defibrillation.

Thanks to anyone that can help me with these two reports. I know they are self graded, just want some encouragement, that I am hearing things clearly or if not, I want to learn.
Have a great evening. smile

She had no evidence of recurrence, and mammogram of the left breast in September was negative.

on one week...one week (they show is going either way)
HEENT(EXAM): (tab to 2.5) Anicteric. No cervical adenopathy.

was obtained and revealed a large, right liver-space-occupying lesion..

..three rounds..(correct)
