I found a couple custom search engines on transcription411.com for medical words and medications/drugs. they search only medical dictionaries which cuts down on bad search results-- check out the "research" section. I love it!

The site obviously needs a lot more work. Clicking on the links on the right side of the page turned up only HTML code except for the forum link. Some of the links opened a new window, and some of them just opened in the same window (Back button to return to home page). I didn`t try the search because I was unable to enter anything in the search box.

Let me know when it`s working, and I`ll check it out.

To check if it really does what it says, I entered "tylenol" and it ended up saying "no matches found."

Do let us know when it works again.

I feel bad that I posted about the transcription411 site after only trying it for a day. It worked for a while and then stopped, so I emailed the webmaster to report problems and he told me it wasnt even launched yet and was still being built! So that would explain the problems. anyway, sorry about the premature referral. Its all working now, though. seems the links all work and there is a lot more than custom search engines!
