AT HOME PROFESSIONS: Is anyone one on Quiz 30, Daniel Miller Operative Report. Towards the end of DESCRIPTION OF OPERATION there are two words I cannot figure out.

Towards the end of the procedure the patient was noted to be ______________ a protein rich acidic fluid.

The lenia alba was then closed using ________ protein interrupted figure of eight sutures.

If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate!!

Hello!! I am currently working on Quiz #30 as well and having quite a bit of trouble!! I accidently stumbled on this site when I was researching some of the dictation last night. Wish I could have found this sooner --- my last quiz grade was awful and I'm beginning to get really discouraged!! I have a few questions about the Suzanna Playa report. I can't figure out what the dictation is in these four sentences:

History of Present Illness section

.....history of myasthenia gravis for nine years, who has ______ for elective thymectomy.

Physical Examination section

Pelvic: ____V/V

(neurologic section) No muscle _____ is identified.

Recommendations section

....patient who appears to be oriented and _____ gave consent for this procedure.

I would greatly appreciate any help I can get and I will do my best to help in return. I almost done with quiz 30 and just have a few loose ends to tie up. Thanks!!!

isn't it supposed to be Prolene instead of protein??? I could be wrong --- just curious because I have Prolene.

History of Present Illness section

.....history of myasthenia gravis for nine years, who was referred for elective thymectomy.

BUS-V-V

Neurologic
No muscle atrophies identified.

Recommendations section
patient who appears to be oriented and able to give consent for this procedure.

By the way you are right it is Prolene not protein...thanks for noticing that might be wrong!! I am just rtying to tie up some loose ends on this quiz too. It has been a tough one.
