Hi y’all,

I haven’t run into this before and don’t know the correct way to do it and can’t find it in the BOS. In a letter with a cc: and an addendum (the addendum cannot be added into the body of the letter), is the last to be typed the addendum or the cc:? It doesn’t “look” right either way!

In looking in the BOS again, it clearly states the cc: is to be at the end of the report, and since the addendum is part of the report, I’m putting it after the addendum. Also, I thought that putting it before the addendum would appear as though this addendum was not included to the person cc’d.

Still, any thoughts you have or actually know the right way to do it, I’d be happy to hear.

BF, harking back to my days as a secretary, addendums ALWAYS go before the dictator`s signature, therefore before the cc: line.
