I got: 1. Right-sided pleural effusion. Rule out tuberculosis, malignancy, fungal infection.
I hope that is correct. I haven't sent the test in, still working on it.

Procedure: the tumor was freed of the tissue overlying the ???? vein.
70 mm systolic. ????? dissection the pericardium (what i have does not make "good grammatical sense")
the field was then irrigated with a ???? 0.5 Betadine solution....
The sternum was then closed with interrupted wire and ???? closed antomically.
