Hi--Google "Google MT" (a specialty Google site for transcriptionists)--I put in "ophthalmologic blade" and found the answer on the first page of hits.

Great site for newbies and seasoned MTs! I have known about it for awhile but forgot to mention it to this forum.

Also--I googled "ophtalmologic blade transcription" (no quotes)on regular google and the first hit had a lot of sample op reports in ophthalmology--I'm sure they have other specialty samples also.
