I get so stressed out when I do all these quizzes. I just need to get them done asap but I find it hard to keep motivated.. Makes me want to just pull my hair out.

I hear you. I am trying to finish up this one and I am stuck on the first one, I can not understand what Anne Jones is saying after Chest x-ray done on the ________________? Sounds like opposite day, but that doesn't make any sense. I evel let myself have 12 hours away from it, but AAAAAAGH!

If it's Quiz 31 you're working on (Rodney Samuels), Anne Jones dictates: Chest x-ray done in the office today shows cardiomegaly, Kerley B-lines and increased lung volumes.

They are both in the Clinical Course of Moses Isaacs.
"Prosthetic sonography showed homogenous enlargement of the prostate, compatible with benign prosthetic hypertrophy without evidence of malignancy."
"Gastroscopy was performed, demonstrating a 2 cm ulcer in antrum of the stomach, as were multiple small punctate ulcers in the duodenum valve."

"homogeneous" is used on the Moses Isaacs Discharge Summary in the CLINICAL COURSE. It is in the third sentence: Prostatic (not prosthetic) sonography showed homogeneous enlargement of the prostate compatible with benign prostatic hypertrophy without evidence of malignancy.
"punctate" is used on the same report, also in the CLINICAL COURSE. It is in the sixth sentence (if I've counted correctly): Gastroscopy was performed demonstrating a 2 cm ulcer in antrum of the stomach as well as multiple small punctate ulcers in the duodenal bulb (not valve) and C-loop.

I typed 0065 for the lines on Clarence Smith and 0084 for Isaac Moses, but for all other reports in the same format I just typed 0000. I can't even remember how I got those numbers!!

For Artie Small..Flush to the left. Follow the format # 1. No modified block. Hope that helps.
