Not 100% sure but mybe its axillary lymphatic
I thought it was chromic suture.
Are the nodes written as level 3.
the last question,i dont know 4???? steri-strips.
I have...4-0 Nylon subcuticular closure followed by Steri-Strips and sterile dressings.

If you get this can u plz share.....Again not 100% sure on these, just throwing some ideas around.

The axillary lymphatic and adventitia (not adventitial) were (not was) carefully brought down with the specimen, and the level 3 nodes were marked with a chromic suture.

The wound was then closed with interrupted 3-0 Prolene mattress sutures, placed near-far-far-near, and a 4-0 nylon subcuticular closure followed by Steri-Strips and sterile dressings.
