What medication & dosage is he dictating?

Cipro 500 mg per ___. 1 t twice a day for seven days.
Claritin 10 mg two ___ once a day.
Lioresal 10 mg two ___ once a day.
Pentobarbital 40 mg two pegs 3 x daily.

It would make sense.

"per mouth" (p.o.) = means by mouth

With that list above and order of meds, seems to be what would make the most sense + the foreign accent.
