Here are some malapropisms I've actually heard people say:

Mammiogram
Very close veins

I love malapropisms because after I've heard them I can't help but repeat them (to people who know I'm kidding!).

My aunt told me she "renovicated" her house!

I had an Hispanic friend who had learned english in public school and sometimes said some funny things, though she didn't realize it. One day she came back from her first ultasound very excited, she said "It's a boy, I saw his technicals!"

Another good one, Rusty!! I worked with a woman who said she was studying to become a paraplegic (paralegal)!!
