Hello everyone, I m feeling like an idiot rite now. I just joined MT Gab and could not find the poster form. I m on my 5th course from AHP. I just had a baby so its taking me a while to get back on track. I m on quiz 30 and I m hoping that I can find somebody who can answer some of my problems.I had been scoring pretty well but in quiz 29 i got a C which just pulled me down as the instructors comments were not very encouraging, although I had been gettin A constantly, and now I m getting nervous about sending the next quiz.I badly need a job as my husband had been laid off..but I m procrastinating..:((..I have to finish this course.
Please lemme know if there is anybody who is at the same stage of course?

Hi djaa, Thanks:) Its a baby girl. I am doing the exact thing, going over it again and again.. well I have a list of stuff to ask but the most important one is that in the 4th report, Physical Examination is dictated in the Discharge Summary. Are we supposed to do it in modified block or run-on?
I'll give them a final look and will definitely ask some questions. In the meanwhile if u need any help, I'll be more than glad to help out.

Im new to this site too and I am also on the same quiz doing the same thing going over and over it again. But the physical examination should be in modified block style.
