Does anyone know if there is a rule for how to transcribe vital signs? I've seen it done different ways and on my tests sometimes I get points off and sometimes I don't. Is it in writing in a style guide and I've just missed it?

Sometimes like this:
Blood pressure 136/66, pulse 80, respirations 24, temperature 97.6.

Sometimes like this:
Blood pressure 136/66. Pulse 80. Respirations 24. Temperature 97.6.

I was unable to find any reference to this in the AHDI Book of Style (3rd edition).

My personal opinion is that either is correct. I've done it both ways, but your client might have a preference.
