Hi. My first post and hoping to have some luck (and help) with this. I've browsed through some other posts that have helped me, but I'm stuck on a few "sentences" for a report on a quiz and was hoping for some guidance, or hints/tips on how I can find the answers. I'm enrolled at AHP and working on Quiz 30 in Course 5. I'm not expecting to get a "top score" since this quiz (from what I've heard) is a nightmare. The following sentences are the ones that I'm stuck on and have exhausted any and all resources that I can find.
1. He was restaged in January of this year when a pancreatic lesion was seen. Lymphoma worse sura cyst. Now admitted for further chemotherapy with DHAP.
*Don't know what's being said after "lymphoma" or if that's a completely different sentence or part of the first sentence. This part is slurred pretty bad.*
2. Pretibial and postlobar cap buenos testis changes with scabbing. There is a 1.5 x 1 cm right in one are lymph node present.
*Lol! The first sentence sounds absolutely ridiculous, I know, but I've tried different speeds and still can't figure out what's being dictated. Again, the dictator is very "slurry" and it doesn't help that he has an accent.*
3. Clear to percussion and auscultation. Heart: The PMI is in fifth ICS at the MCL. Both heart tones present in each wall ilia without murmurs, lifts, heaves or thrills.
*I know what ileum and ilium are, so I know this word isn't "ilia," but can't figure out what should go here.
I've looked through my medical dictionary that came with the course as well as my flash cards and have googled and have spent all day on this one report. I don't mind research, but it gets old when you feel like you've exhausted the possibilities that you can think of and have spent so much time on just one report. If anyone can give me any ideas as to where I can look for the answers, whether it be a different search engine or a particular site that has the kind of info that might be able to give me a clue or guide me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it.
