Can anyone help. I am stuck on a few words in a Psychiatry Discharge summary. This is what I have, the words I am stuck on are the ones in paranthesis.

1. This patient is a 78-year-old female who is status post ( ) total knee replacement approximately 13 months ago.

2. Psych was consulted and the patients lower type morphine and (senagrin) where DC'd.

3. During the Psych examination the patient was suspicious in ("para dine").
