Hi everyone, is there a comma in this sentence, or no?

"No evidence of intracranial hematoma, or mass effect."

It looks right to me either way. Aargh!

No comma is necessary in this case--there are only 2 items.

Thanks kkb, it makes perfect sense. I tend to second guess myself and then completely overthink everything...

Can anyone tell me if this is correct.
Hospitalizations, None, Surgery, None, Serious medical illnesses, Patient has had asthma, basically exercised induced asthma since age 2.
Basic stuff I know, but I've been out of school for more years than I care to even think about, so any help would be appreciated
