I am transcribing an H&P in my MT course and am having difficulty with a foreign accent. The sentence reads: "The deep tendon reflexes are intact bilaterally. No fide(?) prima of the upper extremities is noted." Can anyone help me?

describes the increase of blood flow to different tissues in the body. It can have medical implications, but is also a regulatory response, allowing change in blood supply to different tissues through vasodilation.
