Also, does Neuro-Spine and Imaging have the hyphen, or is NeuroSpine one word?

I am working on this report, omg!! This takes the cake! As soon as I got to physical examination portion, general appearance to be exact.. I'm amazed at this woman. Uhhh is all I can say. I slowed the speed down ALL the way, still can't figure what she is saying. This is the real test right here, I guess:(

Do you have any suggestions, how you figured it out?

OMG is right! If it's any consolation, I didn't pass either attempts. I went back just now and listened to this again, and I remember that slowing it down slightly (-5) it was still clear, but going lower than (-7) for me was worthless.

I relied on previous H&P dictations from the earlier chapters for examples of both formatting and common-used phrases, which may help you in figuring out what comes after the general appearance section.

In my prior thread where I mention the grade 2, etc? I was way off, I was able to find what I needed in the chapter when I re-read it. Be sure to watch out for your punctuation, I was not as concise as I should have been. Hint: I used this report to create unnecessary run-on sentences, I was ticked off when I realized what I had done...

I am only on chapter 16, I have had to take some time off due to my present job and family issues (daughter needs surgery next week) so I am nowhere near taking the final. Good luck to you on this one, I agree, this is probably how it really is out in the real world!
