Under the Physical Examination section, the last two sentences stated by the doctor are:

His skin is warm, flushed, and slightly moist. No cervical adenopathy.

Patient's general appearance and neck were covered at the beginning of this section, so I am just at a loss what to catagorize this last statement as. Any help is greatly appreciated-thanks everyone!

That depends on how much leeway you have. I would consider the first sentence a "skin" subsection and place the 2nd sentence in the neck section. ..but only if you are allowed to do so. Otherwise, leave it where dictated.

I did use the "skin" subsection, and decided to place the second under a "lymph nodes" subsection and those were both acceptable. Thanks for the suggestion!
