I am a little confused on this sentence, the doctor is talking about repairing a pseudoaneurysm and AV fistula, but not sure what he is saying here? I capitalized the part i am unsure of.

This did not compromise the loose of lumina fistula, but yet repaired the defect and the patient had an excellent thrill in the fistula completion of procedure.

LOOSE OF LUMINA FISTULA

Is there ANY possibility that he started out by misspeaking a little and just means luminal fistula? (that is, the "loose of" is the misspeak).

However, I think that unless I was sure from the audio I would pass it on to my QA for a second opinion.
