I just noticed this new forum

I love it when the doc says the patient has a temperature... I sure hope they do

Patient is pleasantly confused and well oriented. (uhm, okay, so which one?)

My favorite that I had to stop typing to finishing laughing was one dictated as "Patient had an appointment at the Memory Assessment Clinic, but forgot to go"

That is sadly funny, although I will probably think about it all day now and giggle off and on. So, thanks for today's giggles
