H, I have a WAVpedal and my doc is going to set up a website or FTP site. I am a little (ha, a lot) confused about how the files are encrypted and decrypted. Is this taken care of by the docs website or FTP site or do I have to have some kind of software on my end when I send files back?

Charlie, I would suggest you scan through this list of threads (there are two pages). I think the information you need is in there. Both you and your doc need the encryption/decryption software.

That is what I got out of it, but then again with some of the information that I read, it seemed as if the docs website or FTP site would encrypt as I sent the work back. Thanks for your help. I appreciate the quick reply!
