The S/L DRI AGAIN was examined throughout the suprapatellar pouch gutters mediolateral compartment as well as posterior aspect of the knee and, no evidence of loose body was seen.

Dunno about your s/l, but "the __________ was examined throughout, and the suprapatellar pouch, gutters, and medial and lateral compartments..." is probably how that part should read.
