Can anyone recommend a free medical spell checker for Microsoft Word.

I've seen some online but just not sure which are the easiest and best.

Hi--I've never used free spellchecker software, but it sounds intriguing!

Perhaps there is someone else here who has used one or more of them? I would be interested in knowing which one was the best.
