I am planning to start a medical transcription company in USA. I would like to know couple things to setting up a medical transcription company. I am sure you guys can direct me the correct path.

I aware that nowadays Medical transcriptional companies using the phone dictation system for their clients and they are also using secure web base interference for voice data uploading and data transfer.

In that connection I would like to know how would I can set up a phone dictation system, which is giving the options to the clients, like they can enter their allotted user id after they dialed the number and record their data over the phone. Is there any hardware/software available in the market..?

I also would like to know that is there any possible resources available in the internet to set up a secured web base interference for the clients and the MT Admins to upload their voice data and monitor the workflow and download the completed jobs.
In other words is there any available web base interference in the market which gives more options to the client and MT Admins for the job make easier and secure?
