Re: H&P by MrsQASpec @ Today at 04:36 PM

That depends on how much leeway you have. I would consider the first sentence a "skin" subsection and place the 2nd sentence in the neck section. ..but only if you are allowed to do so. Otherwise, leave it where dictated.

Re: Orthopedics- review of systems by MrsQASpec @ Today at 07:18 AM

This depends on the rules of your client/school. Do they want the subheadings justified left or in paragraph form? Do they want you to input subheadings when not dictated? Also, since there is a section on the patient's weight, it seems more like

EYE SURGERY by mag4 @ 07/26/10 07:35 PM

Sterile S/L PAD/PLAD was placed over the eye patch, shield placed over the pad. I am pretty sure it is pad, but why would they place pads over pads, that just does not make sense to me.

Re: Listings of medications/dosages by kkb @ 07/23/10 08:51 PM

Hi, I think that would depend on the client--if it is a "verbatim" account (laughable since verbatim is not what they really mean or want) then you would have to do it as dictated. If you have any leeway, however, you could make them unif
