That depends on how much leeway you have. I would consider the first sentence a "skin" subsection and place the 2nd sentence in the neck section. ..but only if you are allowed to do so. Otherwise, leave it where dictated.

Hi, As per my opinion, both the things are equally important as far as medical transcription is concerned. If you start getting good command on both, then this will definitely be more advantageous for you.
